If you’re running a free community activity (that anyone can attend without charge) and it’s in line with our values of sustainability, creativity and community it will usually be FREE to use our spaces. For all other activities hire fees will apply.
Anyone hiring outside of cafe opening hours needs to have their own public liability insurance in place.

Hire Charges
- Hire the Cafe: £16 per hour, £45 1/2 day, £80 full day. Cafe is available for hire Mondays, Sundays and after 4pm every day (max 20 seated 30 standing)
- Use the Cafe: £2 per table per hour or FREE for community groups, all participants must make a purchase from the cafe. Tables are available 9:30-1 and 2-4 Tues to Fri (max 10 people)
- Hire our Activity Room: £10 per hour, £20 1/3 day, £30 full day (max 8 people)
- Hire our Meeting Room: £8 per hour, £15 1/2 day, £30 full day (max 6 people)
