Job Title: Vision 21 Chief Executive Officer 

Hours: 22.2 hours a week (0.6FTE)

Salary: £40,000-50,000 (£24,000-£30,000 pro rata) There may be the opportunity to increase hours in future as project portfolio and funding streams evolve.

Location: Hybrid, with regular attendance at projects in Cheltenham, availability to travel around Gloucestershire and work evening and weekends as required.

Vision 21 has been supporting communities across Gloucestershire to become more sustainable and tackle climate change for the past 30 years and we are recruiting a new Chief Executive Officer to take us through the next exciting phase of the organisation’s development.

The successful candidate will:

• Experience of a leadership role with extensive people management skills

• Track record of delivering successful projects managing diverse partnerships

• Have awareness of funding opportunities and how they can best be developed • Passionate about empowering communities to take practical action to tackle climate change and build resilience.
